In order for us to provide you with the cleanest, safest and secure RV park around we must implement some basic rules and regulations to our park.
These park rules will be inforced and are as follows:
1. Speed Limit: 5 MPH
2. Use of 4-Wheelers and ATV's is forbidden
3. RV's are to be kept clean and in moveable condition.
4. Sites are to be kept clean and nice. NO clutter .
5. Septic drains are to be kept in good working order, No leakage on ground
6. Do not flush rags, diapers, kotex, tapons, paper towels, grease or cooking oil down sewer drains.
7. Deck must be temporary and approved by management (detail drawings)
8. Trash must be bagged and placed in provided dumpsters daily. Boxes must be broken down.
9. Any broken down eye sore vehicle must be removed from park.
10. Guest are responsible for their conduct and that of their vistors and
their vistors children and pets at all times.
11. Loud music, sub woofers and other disturbances are forbidden. Be respectful and considerate of everyone in the park.
12. Quite time for our park is from 10 PM to 7 AM
Any and all other rules signed at check-in.
PETS
1. A maximun of 2 pets per RV site are allowed.
2. Pets must be leashed at all times
3. No pets are allowed chained outside of an RV
4. Poop Scooping is required. Violation #1, a $10.00 rent assessment.
Subsequent violation, pet will be banned from park
Each of our RV sites are induvidully metered electric for our Long Term Guest. Our monthly rates are based on rental rates + electric. Monthly rentals will require an electrical deposit. Electrical deposits are credited towards final electric bill at end of stay. Anyone recieving a refund from electrical deposit, will recieve a check by mail.
Our Rental Rates are based on a 2 Guest per night stay.
Additional Guest will incur a $5.00 per person, per night charge.
Nightly: $44.00
Weekly: $200.00
Monthly: $450.00 + electric
Rent
1. Rent is due the 1st of each month. Weekly rent is due on date specified..
2. Subletting is not allowed.
3. In order to qualify for special monthly rental rates, rent must be paid by the 3rd of each month, rent not paid by the 3rd will result in rental rates automatically increased to $399.00 per month, NO EXECPTIONS!!
Late Rent Policy is as follows:
1. After three days a late fee of $25.00 will apply
2. After seven days utilities will be cut off.
3. After ten days the RV will be towed to an auxiliary parking (off site)

Highlands RV Park reserves all rights including the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time and the right to terminate or amend any rental agreement at any time.
Insurance
Renters acknowledges that Highlands RV Park insurance does not cover renters personal property damaged caused by fire, theft, rain, war, acts of God, act of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall owners be held liable for such losses. Renter's are hereby advised to obtain their own insurance policy to cover any personal losses.
